DOG MASSAGE SESSIONS FETLOCK & PAWS
On ititial contact with you but before the initial session, I will ask you to download a Client Information Card and fill in your details, your dog's details and the name and address of your dog's veterinarian. This is to be emailed by return with the downloaded
Owner’s Declaration Form duly signed. This can be downloaded here.
If your dog is under treatment with your vet then I will need to seek permission from your vet before commencing
the massage sessions.
DOG’S LOVE BEING MASSAGED I MYSELF FIND IT VERY REWARDING
Dog’s absolutely love being massaged and I myself find it very rewarding. All sessions are tailored to the animal’s individual needs, taking into consideration any problems they may have.
Once the session is concluded I will leave you with some aftercare instructions. The number of sessions will depend on the problems that need addressing. Normally improvements will show within 3 to 4 visits, by marked musculoskeletal improvement and increased range of movement.
INITIAL ASSESSMENT 90 MINUTES APPROXIMATELY
INCLUDES:
Gait Analysis - Visual assessment of animal in Walk/Pace/Trot (Usually taken by video and played back in “Slow-Mo” as this will show up any anomalies). I can write up my findings if required.
Palpation Assessment – This is hands on feeling down for any anomalies. This gives me the opportunity to get to know your dog and work on reducing any tension in their muscles and restrictions in their range of movement in a pleasant and relaxing way, (dogs so love this part), after which, I can discuss if any more sessions may be required.
Price £45 per dog (within a 20 mile radius)
(Extra fee for mileage may be required if travel is over 20 miles)
FOLLOW UP SESSION 60 MINUTES APPROXIMATELY
£40 per dog for 1hr (within 20 miles radius)
(extra cost for mileage may be required if travel is over 20 miles) includes further aftercare advice along with anything that has shown up in the Video.
A report for your vet can be done for their records if necessary.
