the massage sessions.
HORSE’S LOVE BEING MASSAGED I MYSELF FIND IT VERY REWARDING
Horse’s absolutely love being massaged and I myself find it very rewarding. All sessions are tailored to the animal’s individual needs, taking into consideration any problems they may have.
Once the session is concluded I will leave you with some aftercare instructions. The number of sessions will depend on the problems that need addressing. Normally improvements will show within 3 to 4 visits, by marked musculoskeletal improvement and increased range of movement.
INITIAL ASSESSMENT 2HRS APPROXIMATELY
Gait Analysis - Visual assessment of animal in Walk/Trot/Canter (Usually taken by video and played back in “Slow-Mo” as this will show up any anomalies). I can write up my findings if required.
Palpation Assessment – This is hands on feeling down for any anomalies, to feel any restrictions or tension throughout the body and gives me a chance to get to know the horse and discuss with you if further sessions are required. Full body massage to include range of movement of head and lower limbs, (particular attention given to saddle area).
(Extra fee for mileage may be required if travel is over 20 miles)
FOLLOW UP SESSION 60 MINUTES APPROXIMATELY
£45 for 1hr
(extra cost for mileage over 20 miles)

A report for your vet can be done for their records if necessary.
